The first scan was at 8 weeks, to check for a reason for some light bleeding. Here's my first glimpse of my sweetie!...
See the little leg extended in the second photo! I love every tiny stumpy detail. Completely in love x7! :)
Next came the first routine scan at 12 weeks (and one day):
The baby was very relaxed! One little hand up in front of the face/nose area - you can see the fingers in the pictures. The other arms was stretched casually up over the baby's head, which you can't really see in the pictures because of the cross-sectioning, but it was so sweet to see! If we're guessing on gender, based on the nub theory (or "angle of the dangle"), the very obvious nub in the pictures looks girly, but it's on the early side to be sure, so we will have to wait and see at the 21 week scan! We will be happy either way! :)
